Benz JL Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

Definitions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Benz JL platform, accessible at benzjl.best. Before you continue, here are the key terms used throughout this document and what they mean in the context of your relationship with Benz JL.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account at Benz JL, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. These are non-negotiable and are in place to comply with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and to protect both you and the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration. Benz JL strictly prohibits underage gambling and will require proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines, or be a Philippine national or permanent resident legally permitted to access online gaming platforms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any Benz JL employee or business partner.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or under a court-ordered gambling restriction at the time of registration.
• You must register using your own accurate, real personal information — not someone else's identity, a fictitious name, or falsified documentation.
• You must have a valid Philippine mobile number and an active payment method (GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, or Mastercard) registered in your own name.

Account Rules

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one active account at Benz JL. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using different device identifiers — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Benz JL will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify support immediately at support@benzjl.best.

• All account information must remain accurate and up to date. You must notify Benz JL of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method.
• Your Benz JL account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, allow another person to use your account, or sell/transfer your account to any third party.
• Benz JL reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time, including during a withdrawal request. Failure to provide documentation within 72 hours may result in account suspension.
• Dormant accounts — those showing no login activity for 180 consecutive days — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month after a 30-day notice period.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at Benz JL are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank internet banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit varies by payment method and is displayed at checkout.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Benz JL wallet within 1–5 minutes.
• Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay/PESONet) are credited within 1–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Benz JL does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider before depositing.
• All deposit payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your Benz JL account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal is subject to your account verification tier and is displayed in your wallet settings.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and daily volume.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are the fastest at Benz JL — most requests are completed within 5–30 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that were used to deposit to your account. This anti-money-laundering requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Benz JL may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal above ₱50,000 in a single transaction.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed at Benz JL, across all product categories including sports betting, PBA betting, sabong, virtual sports, roulette, and slots.

• Minimum bet: ₱20 per selection. Maximum bet limits are event-specific and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• All bets are final once confirmed. Benz JL does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void a confirmed bet except in cases of an obvious system error as determined by Benz JL.
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or force majeure event affecting the outcome of a bet, Benz JL will void the affected selection and return the stake to your wallet.
• Live (in-play) betting odds update in real time. Benz JL accepts no responsibility for bets placed on odds that were updated due to a live event change between when you viewed the odds and when you confirmed your bet.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors (where odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault), Benz JL reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price and re-settle at the correct market odds.
• Accumulator and parlay bets require all selections to win for the full payout. If any one selection is voided, the bet is settled as if that selection were never included, and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.

Sabong-Specific Rules

• Sabong bets are accepted on Meron, Wala, and Draw markets only. Bets are accepted until the arena officials declare betting closed for each fight.
• Draw (FTD) bets are settled based on the official result declared by the licensed arena. Benz JL accepts the arena's declared result as final.
• In the event of a stream interruption that prevents the Benz JL platform from confirming the fight result in a timely manner, settlement will be delayed until the official result is confirmed — it will not be voided.

Bonuses & Promotions

Benz JL offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules below. In case of conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• All bonus offers at Benz JL are opt-in unless stated otherwise. You will not receive bonus credits unless you actively claim them through the applicable process described in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements) specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements for each offer are displayed clearly at the time of claiming.
• Bonus credits at Benz JL have a default validity period of 7 days from the date of issue unless the specific offer states otherwise. Unused bonus credits expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Real money is used for bets before bonus credits. Bonus credits are only used once your real money wallet balance reaches ₱0.
• Benz JL reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Members who have already claimed an offer will not be affected by changes made after their claim date.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through matched betting, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated betting patterns will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

Benz JL is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino members. We believe that gambling should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or a coping mechanism. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every Benz JL account holder.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 72 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Reminders: You can configure session time reminders that notify you when you've been active for a set period (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour).
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the Benz JL platform. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and no deposits or bets are possible.
• Reality Checks: The platform may display reality check messages showing your total betting activity during a session to help you stay aware of how much time and money you've spent.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at Benz JL. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering or operating more than one Benz JL account per individual.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds to register or operate a Benz JL account.
• Depositing funds through third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software tool to interact with the Benz JL platform in a way not intended for manual, human players.
• Attempting to launder money or use Benz JL as a conduit for funds obtained through illegal activity. Benz JL is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transaction patterns to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional competition.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Benz JL staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed by Benz JL in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Benz JL collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies only to the extent required for lawful platform operation.
• All personal and financial data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Benz JL undergoes regular security reviews and maintains strict access controls on all player data.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data Benz JL holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to regulatory retention requirements.

Liability & Disputes

Benz JL provides its platform on a best-efforts basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous availability and accurate results, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, errors, or delays at all times.

• Benz JL is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the player's side, device malfunctions, or third-party payment delays outside of Benz JL's direct control.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or settlement, Benz JL reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle the affected bet. This applies regardless of whether the affected player has already received the incorrect amount.
• Benz JL's total liability to any individual member for any single event or dispute is limited to the amount staked on the relevant bet or transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a deposit or withdrawal, or any other account matter, the process is as follows:

• Contact Benz JL support at support@benzjl.best with full details of the dispute, including your account username, date and time of the issue, and the amount involved.
• Benz JL will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide a resolution or request additional information within 5 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate to the Benz JL compliance team by replying to the original support thread and clearly stating you are escalating the matter.
• All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this window cannot be investigated due to data retention limitations.

Account Suspension & Termination

Benz JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

When an account is closed voluntarily by the member, any real money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus credits) will be returned to the member's verified withdrawal method after identity verification is complete. This process typically takes 3–7 business days.

Amendments to These Terms

Benz JL reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will:

• Post the updated Terms and Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where technically feasible.
• Display a notice on the Benz JL platform login screen for a period of not less than 7 days following the update.

Continued use of the Benz JL platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
